Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Lead Engineer, Grid Operations Technology to lead planning, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology supporting electric transmission and distribution. You will guide ADMS, OMS, SCADA, EMS, DERMS and related systems, collaborate across IT, Engineering, Planning, and field operations, and drive architectures, testing, and vendor oversight for reliable and secure grid operations.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of electric utility operations and OT for grid operations.
• Experience with ADMS, OMS, SCADA, EMS and DERMS environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior engineering leadership for grid operations technology initiatives.
• Lead integration, testing, and upgrades of OT systems (ADMS/OMS/SCADA/EMS/DERMS).
• Collaborate with IT, Planning, Operations, and vendors to align roadmaps and standards.
• Support reliability, cybersecurity, and compliance in grid operation projects.
