Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Senior Events Operations Associate to lead live, hybrid, and virtual events, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality experiences that support organizational priorities and revenue goals.

You will oversee webinar programs, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure attendee engagement across a national portfolio while collaborating with Marketing, Development, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and managing events of varying sizes and complexity.
• Experience planning and facilitating webinars or virtual events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage event budgets and vendor contracts with financial accountability.
• Familiarity with event management platforms, preferably Cvent, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of events, partnering with internal stakeholders to clarify goals and expectations.
• Own and manage the webinar program, including scheduling, execution, and speaker coordination.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract processes while tracking expenses and revenue.
• Support attendee management, invitations, registration, and post-event engagement to meet objectives.
• Provide administrative leadership, track event materials and inventories, and mentor junior staff.
