Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Senior Events Operations Associate to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of its events portfolio, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual engagements. You will also own the webinar program, coordinating with Marketing and Development to align topics with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing events of varying sizes and complexity.
• Experience planning and facilitating webinars or virtual events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify event goals, audience strategy, and success metrics.
• Execute end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and high attendee satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale operations, and enhance event effectiveness.
• Provide customer service to event staff, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
