Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Senior Events Operations Associate to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our events portfolio, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual engagements. You will also steer the webinar program, coordinating with Marketing and Development to align topics with strategic priorities and campaigns.

You will collaborate across teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure a high-quality attendee experience while supporting revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience planning events of varying sizes and complexity.
• Experience planning and facilitating webinars or virtual events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify goals, audience strategy, and success metrics.
• Execute end-to-end event logistics with high attendee satisfaction.
• Own and manage Enterprise’s webinar program, aligning topics with campaigns.
• Participate in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management processes.
• Assist with attendee management, invitations, registrations, and on-site or virtual engagement.
• Leverage Cvent or similar platforms to manage webinars, events, and reporting.
