EAB is seeking a Senior Manager, Events to lead strategy, planning, and execution for 100+ annual events, including conferences, roundtables, and international summits. You will drive hybrid event experiences, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high production value across venues and virtual platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale in-person events (500+ attendees).
• Proven logistics management skills (catering, AV, production, hotel blocks, vendors).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex, multi-day, hybrid events.
• Oversee all logistical aspects: catering, AV, vendors, hotel blocks, travel.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and BEOs; ensure deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing/content teams for attendee communications.
