Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Senior Events Operations Associate in Washington, DC area to lead event operations for a diverse portfolio including in-person, hybrid, and virtual engagements.

You will own webinar program strategy, planning, and execution, collaborate with Marketing and Development, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences while managing vendors and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing events of varying sizes and complexity.
• Experience planning and facilitating webinars or virtual events is required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of events across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify event goals, audience strategy, and success metrics.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics with excellent attendee satisfaction and adherence to standards.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and facilitation of Enterprise’s webinar program and train staff.
