Job summary

Founded in Utah, Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer / SDE to join our Data & Analytics Engineering team. This hybrid role requires guiding data pipelines, optimizing Snowflake ELT processes, and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions.

You will partner with product, governance, QA, and analytics to shape platform strategy, drive DataOps, and ensure data quality while enabling AI-enabled capabilities across health care domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering with senior/lead experience.
• College degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise data domains (Provider Network, Contract Management, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers and set engineering standards.
• Design, build, tune, and own Snowflake ELT pipelines and data models.
• Optimize performance, sizing, and cost, while delivering observable data solutions.
• Partner with analytics, product, governance, QA, and business teams.
• Contribute to platform strategy, DataOps, CI/CD, and AI tooling.
