Vaco Recruiter Services on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for a key customer relationship. The role focuses on customer support, order management, and issue resolution, not selling.

Hybrid work with four days onsite and one remote day, offering long-term opportunities in a product-based environment. You'll collaborate across production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure orders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, support, order management, or account coordination.
• Experience serving as primary contact for high-profile customer accounts in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on ERP experience; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a high-profile customer account with internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with timely updates.
• Review and process purchase orders and related ERP transactions.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, logistics, finance, and sales teams.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and order discrepancies.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove service to a strategic customer account.
