Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies Inc. in Quincy, IL is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to ensure accurate entry, management, and movement of materials to customers.

This hybrid role collaborates with Sales, Production, Operations, Logistics, Shipping, and Finance to deliver responsive service. You will own the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to process improvements in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, order management, logistics coordination, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems for order processing and customer account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate solutions addressing needs, concerns, and requests.
• Manage customer orders in ERP, ensuring accuracy of entry, pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and delivery requirements.
