Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or JD preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant claims experience.
• Must have or obtain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of highly complex professional liability claims with expert oversight.
• Verify policy coverage, conduct investigations, and reserve appropriately.
• Lead focused investigations to determine compensability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with counsel on litigation.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and escalation paths with stakeholders.
