• Verify coverage and establish reserves per policy language and guidelines.
• Lead investigations to determine claim compensability, liability and damages.
• Negotiate complex settlements and manage litigation with counsel and experts.
• Prepare loss summaries and maintain documentation to support leadership reviews.
