Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to high complexity commercial claims for accountants and accounting firms.
• Verify policy coverage and conduct investigations; develop resolution strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and authorize appropriate disbursements within authority.
• Mentor/coach less experienced claim professionals as needed.
