Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; 5 years of compensation experience
• Excel: Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, logic formulas, nested formulas)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams for collaboration with stakeholders
• Market pricing tools: MarketPay/Payfactors
• Data visualization: build dynamic dashboards showing pay parity, market gaps, and cost-of-impact scenarios
• Translate complex compensation concepts into actionable insights for HRBPs and stakeholders

Responsibilities
