Job summary

The candidate will lead job evaluations, salary recommendations, and cross‑functional projects, while staying current with laws and best practices in compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in the compensation field in analytical or consulting roles.
• Experience with compensation management systems or planning tools (MarketPay, Workday Advanced Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, consultative advice across core compensation areas.
• Develop job descriptions and perform job evaluations using external market data.
• Review salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and demotions.
• Participate in salary surveys and compensation modeling with internal and external data.
• Develop compensation programs, guidelines, and processes aligned with business objectives.
