Qualifications

Certification: CCP preferred or working towards CCP.
Experience: At least five (5) years in compensation with analytical experience and advisory duties.
Familiarity with executive compensation, systems like Workday, Shareworks, and Power Query.

Responsibilities

Administers and supports multiple compensation programs including executive compensation, salary surveys, and job classifications.
Provides data analysis, builds reports, and supports market analyses for pay decisions.
Leads compensation projects and collaborates across departments to implement solutions.
Interfaces with management on guidelines, regulations, and program options.
Coordinates enrollments for executive hires, promotions, and deferred compensation processes.
