MFS is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide advanced compensation expertise, analytics, and consultation to support business and talent objectives. You will own complex compensation workstreams and partner with Compensation leadership, HR and Finance to ensure programs are effective and aligned with our philosophy.

Responsibilities include leading major compensation projects, applying deep knowledge to deliver practical solutions, and ensuring governance and controls for risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8+ years of compensation/financial analytics experience.
• Strong analytical capability with market data to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Owns complex compensation programs and processes within established frameworks.
• Applies compensation knowledge to evaluate issues and develop solutions.
• Leverages analytics and external data to assess competitiveness and equity.
• Interprets data to inform decisions and planning.
• Provides senior-level consultation to HR, Finance, and stakeholders.
