Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc, headquartered in South Florida, seeks an experienced Compensation senior to lead compensation analytics and governance. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align pay with market data, develop salary ranges, and provide data-driven insights for pay decisions.

You will develop scalable reporting, cost analyses, and pricing structures while ensuring equity and fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Working knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration concepts, and market pricing concepts.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
CCP designation or progress toward certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate the administration of annual and cyclical compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and equity processes.
Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to evaluate positions and develop compensation recommendations.
Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to evaluate competitiveness and maintain salary ranges and structures.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support informed decision-making.
Contribute to compensation governance and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
