Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a compensation professional to administer annual and cyclical pay programs, conduct market pricing, and develop salary ranges to attract and retain talent in a fiscally responsible manner.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, develop recommendations, and ensure consistent application of compensation philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Administer annual and cyclical compensation programs (salary, bonus, equity).
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to develop compensation recommendations.
• Conduct market pricing and develop salary ranges and structures.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain compensation governance and documentation.
