Zusammenfassung

FleetPride seeks an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to lead compensation design, administration, and analytics. You will partner with HR, Finance, TA, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and data-driven programs aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with HRIS systems. Hybrid schedule is in place, with four days in the office and one remote day weekly.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, modeling.
• Experience with HRIS dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Workday experience preferred; CCP certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evaluate compensation programs aligned to strategy and objectives.
• Serve as SME on compensation philosophy, salary structures, market pricing, and policies.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for competitive positioning.
• Manage annual compensation processes: merit, promotions, market adjustments, incentives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, TA and leaders on compensation decisions.
• Evaluate equity and pay practices; address disparities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and consistent program administration.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; build dashboards.
• Conduct analyses on pay equity, distribution, compa-ratios, turnover, promotions.
• Build financial models and scenarios for planning; translate data into insights.
