Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a seasoned compensation leader to manage and continuously improve our compensation programs. You will oversee a team of compensation professionals, guide job evaluations, market pricing, and pay structures while partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, governance, and the delivery of scalable compensation solutions that support talent attraction and retention in a large, hospitality-focused organization.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation, pricing, and salary administration.
Ability to guide complex compensation decisions across stakeholders.
Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of compensation professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage the administration and execution of annual and cyclical compensation programs (salary, bonus, equity).
Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals and ensure high-quality service.
Provide guidance on job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation recommendations.
Develop and deliver compensation analyses, dashboards, and financial models for data-driven decisions.
Lead cross-functional compensation projects, including process improvements and system changes.
Oversee external market data, surveys, and pay structure maintenance for equity and competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with applicable compensation regulations and governance processes.
