Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in South Florida is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to drive financial planning, analysis, modelling and reporting for the CFO. This role requires developing long-term financial models, analyses of variances, and presenting insights to executives.

You will lead analytics for the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and ROIC/Balance Sheet projections, using tools like PowerBI, Tableau and Oracle. In-office role with strong emphasis on teamwork and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Interactive Reporting, and Oracle
• Experience with Financials or similar databases
• Proficiency in Tableau
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Strong financial statement analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analysis and present insights to senior management via executive PowerPoint decks
• Collaborate with FP&A Director/VP to develop inputs for long-term strategic plans and deliver annual/quarterly forecasts
• Develop analytical tools and KPIs with finance and operations to support initiatives and investments
• Extract and consolidate data using tools like PowerBI for timely reporting
• Mentor and develop team members and promote teamwork and professional standards
