Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc in South Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics to drive NASC strategy, financial planning, and data-driven transformation across brands. You will partner with Supply Chain leadership, Finance, and external advisors to deliver insights that improve cost and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization capabilities; Power BI and Excel; SQL or similar data-query experience preferred.
• Strong executive presentation, written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop NASC strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, milestones, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on supply chain transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement.
• Partner with Finance to support AOP, forecasting, cost reporting, and performance tracking.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Mentor analysts and project resources; guide governance on savings and value realization.
• Support enterprise initiatives involving procurement transformation, CLM, MDM, and procure-to-pay optimization.
