Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, data analytics, or related field; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in building Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as JD Edwards is a plus.
• Familiarity with compensation policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities
