Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc, based in South Florida, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics to drive NASC initiatives, deliver data-driven insights, and lead cross-functional programs aimed at cost optimization and enhanced operational performance.You will partner with Finance and business teams to develop dashboards, executive storytelling, and value realization plans while mentoring analysts and leading governance across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with Power BI and Excel; SQL experience preferred.
• Strong executive presentation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop NASC multi-year strategy with measurable initiatives, roadmaps, KPIs, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for supply chain transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for Supply Chain analysts supporting strategic workstreams.
• Partner with Finance to support AOP development, forecasting, cost reporting, and performance tracking.
• Transform data into concise executive insights and create dashboards and leadership presentations.
