Job summary

Highmark Inc. in Buffalo/Latham offers a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week (T, W, TH). The position partners with Client Managers to maintain and grow existing business, and to prepare proposals and sales collateral during account renewals.

The role serves as the sales liaison between group administrators and internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction while supporting enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant experience in the area of specialization.
• State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Licenses or Certifications: Life, Accident & HealthProducer License(s) required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business and ensure positive account relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of benefit design analysis for proposals and quotes; run financial reports and basic utilization data analyses.
• Analyze operational problems and implement changes; leverage internal resources for service and resolution.
• Work with Sales Support Analysts to ensure accurate service delivery and effective communication.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day account service issues and customer satisfaction.
• Perform enrollment meetings during renewals and handle other duties as assigned.
