Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving toward financial targets and customer satisfaction.
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies to achieve customer business goals leveraging the portfolio.
• Create service delivery plans and scope of work with the customer.
• Identify needs and recommend adds, upgrades, and escalations.
• Lead master schedule for service delivery and QA for renewals.
• Maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
