Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in Building Technology industry.
• Engineering HVAC or Building Automation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business software.
• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver's license; eligible for fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: 5+ years in building technology; CEM or energy services experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and customer satisfaction.
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies to meet customer goals using Siemens’ service and product portfolio.
• Develop service delivery plans with the customer for scope of work.
• Identify customer needs and recommend service additions, upgrades, and escalations.
• Develop master schedule to deliver service and lead QA for renewals.
• Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
