Job summary

Remote is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify leads at the initial stage of the sales funnel. You will initiate contact with potential clients via phone or inquiries and guide them to the appropriate salesperson. The role reports to the SDR Team Lead.

You will participate in regular trainings to implement proven sales strategies, with the goal of exceeding performance metrics. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the United States, with compensation including base salary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales-driven environments.
• Experience making outbound calls to potential clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle and overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers by phone or inquiries.
• Move leads through the sales funnel and connect them to the appropriate salesperson.
• Perform regular follow-up calls or emails to potential clients.
• Attend trainings to learn proven sales strategies and concepts to increase sales.
