Job summary

Tax.com is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to drive our sales pipeline by researching and engaging with financial professionals. The SDR will identify key contacts, initiate conversations, and set meetings for Account Executives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6–12 months in sales, and familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior sales or business development exposure (6–12 months preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication with a persuasive style.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key contacts within accounts to inform outreach.
• Initiate conversations with financial professionals to understand needs.
• Follow up on inbound/outbound leads and prospect new opportunities.
• Set meetings for Account Executives through calls and emails.
• Maintain Salesforce records of interactions and lead status.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
