Job summary

Cynomi is seeking an SDR to fuel growth with MSPs as part of a hybrid role in the Orlando area. You will drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to build a strong pipeline in the fast-evolving cybersecurity space.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and you’ll be coached by experienced leaders while earning uncapped rewards for results. This is a three-day-in-office hybrid position with opportunities to advance to AE.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong communication and personalized outreach.

• Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & engage: drive outbound outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to connect with high-potential MSPs.
• Qualify & convert: run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with sales: partner with Account Executives to build pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win.
• Leverage tools: own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach.
• Drive results: meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve.
