This position reports to the Manager of Sales Development within the Sales Development department and requires 2 days in the Plano, TX / Raleigh, NC / Boston, MA offices. Ideal candidates have AI tool familiarity, a customer-oriented background, and experience in account development,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• Customer-oriented background (sales, support, or customer service) and ability to qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect into organizations to build early stage pipelines via email, calls, and networking.
• Qualify and schedule appointments with main decision makers in global 2000 or targeted companies.
• Maintain accurate activity and contact data in the CRM.
