Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting scheduling in healthcare or human services industries.
• 1+ year of experience supervising employees including training and performance evaluation.
• Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
• Acceptable driving record per Company Policy

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Scheduling Managers and Specialist Direct Support.
• Conduct interviews of potential new staff and make hire decisions independently.
• Contact employees to work additional shifts and assign them accordingly.
• Conduct and monitor new employee training.
• Set up and maintain Program Management cell phones.
• Complete change notices for adjustments in employee information.
• Create electronic forms on Adobe to be used company wide.
• Update company contact sheets.
• Train new management staff on scheduling-related tasks.
• Deliver retraining memos and conduct personnel retraining.
