Job summary

CareAparent in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Lead Scheduling Coordinator for home health aides to manage the open shifts calendar and oversee scheduling changes. The role ensures high-quality caregiver-client matches and acts as the daily point of contact for client care and scheduling.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years in customer service with healthcare experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, in-office role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• At least one year in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate technology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all shifts using CareAparent software.
• Maintain and update client schedules with authorizations and assessments to create high-quality matches.
• Answer and respond to phone calls related to client care, scheduling, and shifts.
• Perform schedule adjustments based on daily calendar activity.
• Communicate daily schedule changes to clients, caregivers, and clinicians.
• Identify opportunities to increase service hours and improve quality of care.
• Report weekly scheduling, employee performance, and shift completion data.
• Communicate and reinforce CareAparent policies and procedures.
• Some weekend, after-hours, and holiday on-call duties, as needed.
