Responsibilities

• Supervise Scheduling Managers and Specialist Direct Support; oversee day-to-day operations and performance reviews
• Conduct interviews of potential new staff and participate in hiring decisions
• Coordinate additional shifts and assign staff per company rules
• Lead new employee training and onboarding
• Set up and maintain program management cell phones
• Process change notices for job/compensation updates
• Create Adobe forms for company-wide use
• Update company contact sheets
• Train management staff on scheduling-related tasks
• Draft retraining memos and conduct retraining as needed
