• Update company contact sheets
• Train management staff on scheduling-related tasks
• Draft retraining memos and conduct retraining as needed

Job description

Job Title: Director of Scheduling - Residential Group Home Services

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours with occasional evenings as needed to support department functions. Position also requires a rotating on-call schedule shared with a team of schedulers during the week and weekends.

Hybrid Schedule: Eligible to work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment.

Wage: $60,000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits and Paid Time Off

Essential Job Duties:

• Supervise the Scheduling Managers and Specialist Direct Support, including day-to-day oversight, annual performance reviews, and all other supervision-related needed
• Conduct interviews of potential new staff and make hiring decisions independently
• Contact employees to work additional shifts and assign employees to work additional shifts, while adhering to company rules
• Conduct and monitor new employee training
• Set up and maintain Program Management cell phones
• Complete change notices for adjustments in employee's job and compensation related information
• Create electronic forms on Adobe to be used company wide
• Update company contact sheets
• Train new management staff on scheduling-related administrative tasks
• Write and deliver retraining memos to employees, and conduct other personnel related retraining

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience supporting scheduling in healthcare or human services related industries
• At least 1+ years of experience supervising employees including conducting employee training and performance evaluation
• Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
• Acceptable driving record per Company Policy
• Able to drive as needed for job functions, company meetings, etc.
