AQUALIS is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator in Morrisville, NC to manage field service scheduling, inspections, and service visits. You will coordinate with technicians, customers, and operations to ensure timely completion and route efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in scheduling or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Teams. A Hybrid work environment and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years in scheduling, dispatching, logistics, customer service or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and similar business apps.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate field services.
• Arrange inspections, maintenance, repair, and rehab work for field techs and subcontractors.
• Coordinate recurring service visits per contracts and service agreements.
• Balance technician availability, routing, workload, and customer priorities.
• Adjust schedules for weather, site access, emergencies, or operational changes.
• Develop efficient daily routes to minimize travel and nonproductive time.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Operations teams to ensure timely work.
• Monitor work order queues and scheduling backlogs.
• Prioritize urgent and corrective maintenance requests.
• Assist in optimizing technician utilization and route efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling-related customer communications.
• Confirm appointments and communicate updates or delays.
• Support resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
