Avidity Science invites applications for a Field Service Coordinator in Waterford, WI. You will act as the liaison between customers and our professional services technicians, coordinating scheduling and facilitating communication to ensure timely service delivery.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage preventive maintenance and warranty activities, process service invoices, and collaborate with Salesforce.com and Oracle environments to close cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service support for an assigned territory.
• Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources.
• Process and schedule preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
• Process invoices for preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Review and manage Salesforce.com cases.
• Responsible for closure of the preventive service agreements folders and Oracle sales orders
• Report job status to Supervisor and Manager.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for technicians.
