ACME is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Wiring) in Shelton, CT to support brand customers and the sales office with quotations, orders, and product inquiries. You will coordinate with regional sales managers on expedites and handling customer requests, acting as the main inside contact for ACME.

The role requires SAP order processing, strong communication, and collaboration with manufacturing and brand teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing customer service or call center.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, results-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with SAP order cycle and shipping processes.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls and email inquiries from customers and field sales offices.
• Process orders in SAP and coordinate with production on ship dates.
• Support sales reps and regional managers to update orders for same day shipment.
• Be available via call center to take calls from sales reps and customers.
• Collaborate to resolve shortages or mis-shipments and arrange returns for credit.
• Process, resolve and expedite orders.
• Provide quotes, lead times, and order status information.
• Communicate stock locations and delivery arrangements via SAP.
• Handle product price and stock inquiries from customers and sales reps.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and brand management for customer requests.
• Communicate special order requirements such as rush orders.
