ABB is seeking an SAP Business Process Owner to own Order-to-Cash across SAP modules and related systems. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements and ensure smooth operation of the O2C lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong stakeholder communication and process ownership skills.
• Proficient in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management; SFDC knowledge.
• Fluent in English and able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash processes end-to-end in SAP and related apps.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash and related areas.
• Escalate issues with regional centers to resolve bugs and disruptions.
• Document workflows and assist with SAP upgrade testing and training.
