Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst to lead Salesforce design, implementation, and ongoing optimization across business systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to define needs, craft solutions, and drive enhancements.

In this hybrid role, you will come into the El Segundo office 1x per month and support Salesforce administration, system testing, documentation, and user training. Temporary position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and technical support.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology best practices.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact.
• Partner with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to improve applications and workflows.
• Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions.
• Test system changes to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other systems.
• Train users on system functionality and processes.
