Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, reports, and practical solutions within the Business Transformation Office. You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and process improvement, partnering with IT and stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable results.

This hybrid role in El Segundo requires 2-3 years in business analysis, Salesforce and BI experience, and a knack for turning data into actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent hands‑on experience may be considered.
• 2-3 years of experience in business systems, data and reporting, implementation, or business analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including navigation, reports and dashboards, and translating business needs into configuration requirements.
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform solution design and business decisions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Flow, integrations, analytics, or AI capabilities preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for systems, reporting, workflows, and process improvements.
• Analyze data and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
• Execute assigned implementation activities, including business requirements, testing, adoption support, and post-launch optimization, while coordinating technical dependencies with IT.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes and responsibly apply AI and automation capabilities within assigned initiatives.
• Measure solution adoption and outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
