24 Hour Home Care - Corporate Division in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce to design, implement, and optimize business systems, with a strong emphasis on enhancing processes and user support for global operations.

Qualifications

The Role:

The Senior IT Systems Analyst supports the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate needs, develop system solutions, manage enhancements, and provide ongoing technical support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and manage assigned tickets through resolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify system needs and improve existing applications and workflows.
• Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions, including requirements, timelines, and implementation considerations.
• Test system changes and enhancements to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain clear system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Train and support users on system functionality, enhancements, and processes.

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.

Please note that this is a temporary position.

What You Bring to the Table:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and technical support.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology best practices.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$85,488 - $101,525 USD
