Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to drive design, implementation, and optimization of business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You will partner with stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate needs, develop solutions, and support ongoing enhancements.

The role involves ticket triage, design and testing of Salesforce features, and maintenance of documentation, with hybrid work requiring monthly office presence in El Segundo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and technical support.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology best practices.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and manage assigned tickets through resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify system needs and improve applications and workflows.
• Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions with requirements, timelines, and implementation considerations.
• Test system changes to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records for maintenance and future enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Train and support users on system functionality, enhancements, and processes.
