Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, a leading home care provider in California, is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce as the primary platform, with reporting, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborates with IT for platform-level changes.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in El Segundo 3 days per week, with standard California business hours and opportunities to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in business systems, data and reporting, implementation, or business analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including navigation, reports and dashboards, and translating business needs into configuration requirements.
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform solution design and business decisions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Flow, integrations, analytics, or AI capabilities preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for systems, reporting, workflows, and process improvements.
• Analyze data and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
• Execute assigned implementation activities, including business requirements, testing, adoption support, and post-launch optimization, while coordinating technical dependencies with IT.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes and responsibly apply AI and automation capabilities within assigned initiatives.
• Measure solution adoption and outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
