Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role based in New Jersey. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills needed to become a sales representative.

You will build relationships, prospect, plan weekly growth, learn product lines, and meet sales goals through our training workshops, with a focus on American-made products and a goal to double sales over five years.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and support locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships within a territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow the book of business through targeted outreach.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly stops to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and emphasize value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using proven training programs.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales activity records in company systems.
