Kimball Midwest is hiring an Account Representative in a hybrid role to enter a two-year training program of sales experience, product knowledge, and skill development for future sales representation.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer locations within the assigned geographic area with required insurance.
• Use of personal electronic device per BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in a designated territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: grow a book of business through targeted outreach.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly stops to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and highlight value, with a focus on American-made offerings.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs taught in training.
