• Willingness to travel within designated geographic area and meet insurance requirements

• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement and related exhibits

Responsabilités

• Relationship management: build strong customer relationships within territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling & prospecting: actively seek new customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & priority setting: plan weekly activity to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product knowledge: learn and demonstrate product value andAmerican-made focus.
• Achieve sales goals: follow structured programs to meet quotas and contribute to growth.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity in company systems.
