Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in Charlotte with a hybrid schedule. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

The role focuses on relationship building, prospecting in a designated territory, meeting sales goals and reporting activities. The first year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Travel within designated geographic area for customer meetings and to attend company events.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively prospect on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to grow the territory.
• Demonstrate products to customers to show value and quality.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas by following established programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
