Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role in Wilmington, NC. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, prospecting, planning, and product knowledge with a target to meet sales goals. First-year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with a salary and bonus, plus benefits such as medical, dental, life, disability insurance

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy for company devices.
• Agreement to Employment Agreement and any revised exhibits provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: cultivate strong customer relationships in a designated territory.
• Cold calling & prospecting to grow a book of business.
• Planning & priority setting to optimize weekly activity and territory growth.
• Product knowledge: demonstrate products and communicate value.
• Achieve sales goals by following company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
