Qualifications

• 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced and high volume environment
• Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
• Consultative, data-informed approach to recruiting with market data and competitive intelligence

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire professionals across Salesforce roles
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles
• Advise hiring managers and bring market intelligence to decision making
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to build a robust pipeline
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to drive the recruiting process from requisition to on-boarding
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and coordinators to run a high-touch candidate experience
• Contribute to team recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews
